UCT Spring Book Study
"A Year to Live" by Stephen Levine

Join Neusom and the UCT staff for a mid-week book study on Steven Levine's book "A Year to Live" The material from this book forms the basis for our theme for 2012 about living consciously and making every day matter.
A light dinner will be served in the 1880 Hall from 5:30-6:15 PM on a love offering basis. Then, we will have a large group discussion followed by small breakout groups from 6:30-8:00 PM. If you would like to help with this event, please email Paula or phone 919-832-8324 x 24.

Through clear and powerful instruction, Connie will teach you in 5 simple steps how to word your goals and fine tune your thinking, feelings and self-talk for very quick results.

New participants, as well as LOA course graduates who would like to refresh their knowledge are welcome to attend. Have some fun, and bring a friend!

“Getting to Know Me”, A day of journaling and introspection….…In keeping with UCT’s theme this year of mindfulness as presented in our bookstudy selection, "A Year to Live," this mini retreat will take us into ourselves to better understand who we are and who we want to be, so that we may live our lives in line with our passions and dreams. Our time together will include journaling exercises, quiet time of reflection and sharing with others. Please bring a journal and pen with you to the retreat.
