About UCT

 We have intentionally relocated our church to our downtown Raleigh location at the historic Longview Center so we could be accessible to and participate in the growing downtown community — and to extend our service to those around us.

We have attracted to our membership a wide diversity in ages, ethnicities, personal identities, and family types. Our programs, speakers, and events offer a broad spectrum of opportunities for spiritual growth, fun, and an extended family community.

Transformational Studies
UCT offers a variety of classes, workshops and events designed to deepen and enhance our spiritual understanding. Programming includes Unity coursework as well as other courses that focus on the five areas of life:

• Health
• Wealth
• Relationships
• Spirituality
• Community

Membership
Membership at UCT is a commitment to spiritual growth through the application of the Unity principles of practical Christianity to your life. It is also a commitment to live those principles in relationship to others in this spiritual community. Other membership requirements are:

• Unity Basics course (or equivalent) or a working knowledge of the Unity principles of practical Christianity obtained through a past affiliation with another Unity church
• Spiritual gift assessment and attendance at a follow-up conference
• Eight hours of service using your gifts
• Approval by the Board of Trustees

Upon completion of requisites, new members will be received during a Sunday service. You can apply for membership by filling out an application form located in the hallway on the information table, download PDF form or email Membership Coordinator.
